HB Reavis' DSTRCT.Berlin development has a new tenant. AWIN, a global affiliate marketing network, has taken almost 2,900 sq m of space and is the first company to move into the historic old hall at DSTRCT.Berlin.
The international workspace provider's first German development, DSTRCT.Berlin, includes an entirely new office building and newly restored halls. AWIN, a media business with a twenty-year history of innovative technologies and valuable data insights, decided for one of them and will enjoy a unique working atmosphere with exposed brick walls decorated with distinctive graffiti art. Over 150 sq m of rooftop terrace area is just the cherry on the literal top to make sure the AWIN teams' wellbeing is boosted on their working days with a relax zone where they can recharge and enjoy the views.

Offices that keep up with AWIN's identity
AWIN is part of a network that generated revenues of over €12 bn for advertisers last year. As a company producing such impressive results and one that always implements the most innovative solutions, AWIN felt it was time to approach their current office situation the same way. They’re leaving their outdated workspace to enjoy all the perks that the modern and creative spaces at DSTRCT.Berlin have to offer and to make their company DNA eventually match the workspace. Being innovative with respect to traditional business principles perfectly mirrors the layout of their new offices as well –parts of the deal are the above-mentioned old hall as well as a newly built entrance hall.
Features for the responsible
The missions of both companies are similar as well. Both AWIN and HB Reavis focus on lasting client growth and responsible day to day operations. Among other things, AWIN's base in the German capital will offer 30 bike spaces in case the employees decide to commute to work on bikes instead of coming by car.

With this deal being signed, DSTRCT.Berlin currently has just one more historical office hall available. It is directly adjacent and is approx. 1,700 sq m.
Notes for editors:
The deal was expertly handled by Colliers International Deutschland GmbH, and AWIN AG expects to move in during March/April 2022.
