HB Reavis’ Forest is complete and ready for business

Published

International workspace provider HB Reavis has just received its occupancy permit for the 120 m tall Forest tower – marking the end of construction for the entire Forest campus.

The new building adds another landmark address to the business’ impressive roster of workspaces within the city.

One of Warsaw’s greenest developments, Forest has already proved immensely popular – and, at time of writing, is almost fully leased. With fit-out works now in progress in the 55,000 sq m Tower, the campus offers a full complement of 78,000 sq m GLA.
2.5 years in the making, a previously inaccessible brownfield site is now a biophilic paradise, with 200 new trees, just as many shrubs, an open courtyard, and a distinctive bronze-coloured and corten steel skin. The public rooftop terraces also feature an urban garden and stunning views.
Its green credentials include awards from the Polish Green Building Council, BREEAM and WELL; with HRA Architekci’s design employing solutions that reduce its carbon footprint and maximise resources, including an energy-efficient façade and rainwater re-use system.

Located opposite Westfield Arkadia, the campus enjoys excellent public transport links, with the Warszawa Powązki commuter rail and Dworzec Gdański metro station less than a 10-minute walk away.
Forest’s current roster of tenants includes Leroy Merlin, Infor PL, PUMA, AmeriGas, Husqvarna, Vorwerk, Sweco, Enel-med, Ala ma kota kindergarten and Goraco Polecam bakery.
