In one of Warsaw’s largest such transactions, international workspace provider HB Reavis has leased 18 floors in its Forest Tower to Bank Pekao. Poland's second-largest bank will become the building's anchor tenant. The new HQ reflects the ESG-driven strategy of the bank – which aims to support sustainable development and social responsibility, all while having an inspiring workplace.
The deal is another clear indication that HB Reavis’ future-proof workspace strategy, with its focus on premium, wellbeing-centric and sustainable buildings, is bearing fruit.
The new tenant of the 120 m Forest Tower is one of CEE’s largest financial institutions. Founded in 1929, it serves over 6,1 m retail customers every second and provides market-leading private banking, asset management and brokerage operations.
Known for its famous bison logo, the bank installed Poland’s first ever ATM, issued the country’s first credit cards, opened its first brokerage house and pioneered biometrics to move the business beyond traditional banking.

It is this focus that led Bank Pekao to choose Forest. The development’s biophilic design features 200 trees and just as many shrubs in the courtyard and on the rooftop terraces, all in addition to a variety of relaxation zones.
Forest also provides above-standard air quality and supply, while its energy-efficient windows deliver plenty of daylight and heat comfort. WELL and BREEAM-certified, the design by HRA Architekci uses a number of environmentally focused solutions to reduce its carbon footprint and maximise resources, including the re-use of rainwater.
The Forest office campus offers 78,000 sq m of space, with almost 80% occupancy.
