International workspace provider HB Reavis has just signed a lease with fitness concept RSG Group, providing one of the historic halls at DSTRCT.Berlin.
RSG will turn the approx. 2,700 sq m space into a stunning and atmospheric John Reed-branded fitness suite, underlining the charm of former industrial buildings.
Known for offering everything from weight training and cardio to hot yoga and Pilates, boxing and barre – together with live DJs – John Reed Fitness is a close fit for HB Reavis’ wellbeing-focused office development. It will complement the vivid neighbourhood that offers both long-established and new retail, food, and sports options which will be now enriched with the new provider.
The fitness centre is planned to open in Fall 2023. Open to the locals as well as workers, it highlights HB Reavis’ commitment to elevating quality of life in the community.
DSTRCT.Berlin is the company’s first German development to complete, with and recently won immobilienmanager’s award for ‘Best Newbuild’.
