Hand in hand with the continuous ambition of delivering remarkable products, last year the Group again achieved impressive leasing results and leased over 85,000 sq m of GLA in total across Europe.
The most sought-after project was Forest in Poland, where the company successfully leased 35,000 sq m, contributing to the more than 53,800 sq m in Poland overall. In Slovakia HB Reavis leased over 24,400 sq m, in Germany the Group leased 4,300 sq m, and in the UK 2,400 sq m.
The total projected rental income from all the deals closed in 2022 is 154m EUR, representing a gross development value of 397m EUR.
Across Europe the wellbeing-focused offices attracted some well-established brands such as SAP, pharma giant Servier, Cleverlance, Salt Pay, Legrand, RSG Group, GoHealth and the second largest Polish bank, Bank Pekao.
Apart from attracting major international brands to their current projects, HB Reavis made several new significant land acquisitions in 2022. In addition to London, the Group also strengthened its position in the Berlin and Warsaw markets by securing more than 4 ha of new development lands for 2 new projects in Berlin and 1 project in Warsaw.
