Varso Tower is part of a mixed-use place developed by HB Reavis that includes offices, a hotel, an innovation hub and a retail with restaurants, a fitness club, a health centre and more. The project has transformed a once-neglected area into one of the new symbols of Warsaw.
Designed by architects from Foster + Partners, the tower is notable for its slender form and a range of sustainable solutions used to reduce the carbon footprint and ensure its users optimal and healthy working conditions. The interior of Varso Tower’s spacious lobby is decorated with a handmade mosaic and trees, which were also planted in front of and on the top of the building. The immediate vicinity of Warsaw Central Station ensures excellent access to all means of Warsaw’s public transport system.
