In less than two years, some of 10 million tourists visiting Warsaw every year will be staying at the NYX Hotel at Varso Place. The four-star hotel will offer its guests not only 331 stylishly decorated rooms, but also a range of opportunities to relax surrounded by art, music and design – a great add-on to our largest mixed-use scheme in the Polish capital city.
In 2020 we will welcome the first NYX Hotel in Poland in the middle of the three Varso Place buildings we are developing at the intersection of al. Jana Pawła II and ul. Chmielna. It will occupy almost 20,000 sqm of space on fifteen floors. The NYX Hotel will be a great addition to Varso Place mixed-use offer, making our 144,000 sqm development even more comfortable for business users, a truly all-in-one experience. Visitors will also be able to enjoy an observation deck at 230m above ground, a signature restaurant and a bar on the top of the nearby Varso Tower, one of the tallest buildings in Europe.
Varso Place will be an excellent base for independent travellers exploring Warsaw on foot and by public transport. Directly connected to the Central Station and situated within a five-minute walk of the nearest metro station, the hotel’s guests will enjoy easy access to the best local sites and attractions, as well as to the international airports in Warsaw and Modlin.
The brand of our hotel partner, named after the Greek goddess of the night, represents a new generation of hotels. Individuality, creativity, culture and networking are crucial components of the concept. NYX Hotels are sites for progressive city lovers which, with a mix of art, design and music, invite you to take the plunge into another world. In line with their tagline “stay with us,” guests are given room for individual development in a dynamic environment. Part of the Leonardo Hotels chain, NYX Hotels already operate in Milan, Madrid, Prague, Munich, Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, and other attractive locations will soon follow.
