HB Reavis has received the green light to start work this summer on Stanica NIVY, a new supra regional shopping destination and international bus station in Bratislava, after successfully gaining construction consent. The project will play a significant role in reviving this part of the city and will create a new social hub with an excellent retail mix, outstanding services along with a fantastic food offer.
We are looking forward to start construction of Stanica NIVY, which will play an important role in transforming this tired looking part of the city. With NIVY we are creating a new vibrant social hub, with excellent shopping and food, for those who live locally and further afield to come and enjoy. We are also proud to be adding much needed green space to our city.
said Adrián Rác, Chief Executive Officer of HB Reavis Slovakia.
We are thrilled to be a part of the Stanica NIVY mixed-use scheme that is set to reinvigorate the area. A customer and environmental-centric project, the NIVY project will consist of leading retail and food and beverage offerings, while incorporating green spaces in the form of a rooftop garden and provide overall strong transport links, allowing residents and tourists alike to enjoy this dynamic hub,
