AstraZeneca, one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies, has renewed its lease of nearly 7,000 sq m and taken an additional 6,200 sq m at Postepu 14, an office building in Warsaw developed by HB Reavis. JLL experts represented AstraZeneca throughout the lease negotiation process.

The agreement will be one of the largest office lease transactions signed outside the Warsaw business centre this year. Although real estate developers have shifted their focus to other areas of Warsaw, in particular the fringe of the city centre and the area of Jerozolimskie Avenue, Mokotów remains an attractive location for business, as shown by the latest lease renewal and expansion signed by AstraZeneca at the HB Reavis office building,
