Varso Place, located just a doorstep from Warsaw Central Station, is being developed by HB Reavis based on best practices, focused on creating healthy, productive and sustainable workspace. Next spring, it should open its doors to 1,200 Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) employees. The contract is for 5 years.

Offering a total of 144,000 sq m of leasable space, Varso Place will consist of Varso Tower designed by Foster + Partners as well as Varso 1 and Varso 2 designed by HRA Architekci. The construction of above-grade storeys is currently underway on all three buildings. Varso 2, which BGK will move into, is scheduled for completion in early 2020. Argon Legal advised HB Reavis in the transaction with BGK and the client was represented by the Kaczmarczyk Orzechowski law firm and supported by Nuvalu Poland.
