HB Reavis has sold two properties in Prague

Published

The Radlická and Mercuria projects had been part of the portfolio of HB Reavis, one of the largest workspace providers in Europe. They now have a new owner, Skanska.

HB Reavis announced the planned sale in February in connection with a change in its strategy. In the future, the company would like to focus on the construction of business districts.

The company’s portfolio currently includes the Transgas buildings, which the company has been given authorisation  to demolish.
In Brno, HB Reavis is successfully developing its own project with a planned scope comparable to the sites being built by the company in Hungary (Agora Budapest) and Poland (Varso Place).
