What makes the HB Reavis project in the heart of the Vaci Corridor special?
Agora Budapest aims to bring together a community of different types of businesses in one place. Networking will be supported by various events organised by HubHub, the co-working offices by HB Reavis. HubHub will become an innate part of Agora Budapest, creating a vibrant community of entrepreneurs and start-ups together with rather large companies such as branches of BP and Raiffeisen, which have already confirmed their moving in.
The project will incorporate Symbiosy’s smart workspace solutions, Origameo’s strategic workspace advisory and More’s wide range of services, including an in-house concierge. All of these should not only support people’s productivity, but also their well-being. The public spaces will provide relaxation zones with lush greenery and the square will offer a variety of events and amenities where people can enjoy their spare time.
The project is expected to fulfill the challenging requirements that are necessary to receive BREAAM and WELL certificates which will confirm that the efforts being made will not only make Agora Budapest a pleasant place to work but also a great spot to meet with colleagues, friends, and family to enjoy some quality time.

DLA Piper Hungary has supported the legal side of our Agora Budapest project in the financing.
